The subscription and use of the platform are subject to specific terms set out in the contract and related documents. Browsing the website does not create a paid subscription or replace a proposal or contract. You may edit the checklists to record your evidence and actions. An email address is required to request a material; your name and company website are optional. Domain, name, and email are required; surname and WhatsApp are optional. The request is associated with the company and contact details provided. Progress may depend on the availability of data collection and AI services. The tracking flow may present a questionnaire before releasing results. The initial submission is not a full audit or a contracted service. A confirmed response provides access to tracking. If the submission result is uncertain, follow the contact instructions before trying again: a lost connection does not mean the analysis failed to start. When sharing the report link, be aware that others may be able to access the content available at that address. ## Limitations of analyses [AI responses](/en/resources/glossary/ai-response) vary across questions, models, and points in time. An observed mention, [citation](/en/resources/glossary/ai-citation), or recommendation does not guarantee future ranking, traffic, revenue, or the same result being reproduced. Check sources, context, and dates before making decisions or publishing information. The content is for informational purposes and does not replace professional assessments specific to your activity.
