A. Markdown article with brief context and grouped questions as the main body.
B. Question bank with source, group, and answer source.
C. Excluded or referred questions and the reason.

### Review criteria

• Questions name the subject, and answers begin with the direct answer.
• Each pair stands on its own outside the page and includes material conditions.
• The source of the questions is distinguished from any evidence of frequency.
• Duplicates and contradictions have been removed.
• Answers have sources, and links provide additional detail only.

### Modelo

Act as a research and writing assistant for the company provided. Write in Brazilian Portuguese, clearly and in the brand’s voice, for the audience’s task. Produce a draft for human review. Use the full context below, not just the topic.

MODULE 1 — CONTEXT TO FILL IN
COMPANY AND BUSINESS
company: {empresa}
domain: {dominio}
confirmed_offering: {produtos_servicos_capacidades_limites_e_fontes}
business_context: {mercado_regiao_diferenciais_comprovados_e_restricoes}

MODULE 2 — FORMAT INPUTS
Format: Q&A article
Objective: Resolve a coherent set of questions about a task or concept with answers that stand on their own outside the page.
questions: {pergunta_origem_intencao_grupo_e_evidencia_de_frequencia_ou_sem_medicao}
central_task: {tarefa_ou_conceito_comum}
answer_sources: {pergunta_fonte_trecho_condicao_versao_e_limite}
grouping: {ordem_e_grupos_pelo_raciocinio_do_leitor}
further_details: {destinos_publicados_ou_sem_destino}

MODULE 3 — EVIDENCE AND LIMITS
Read the supplied texts. If authorized research tools are available, consult relevant primary sources and record the pages actually read. Without browsing, use the attachments and return a list of pending checks; do not say that you opened URLs. A competitor’s page can guide research, but does not substantiate all its claims.
Do not invent features, prices, data, customers, experience, tests, credentials, testimonials, quotations, or links. Distinguish documented facts, observations, interpretations, and hypothetical examples. Missing information is neither zero nor proof that a feature does not exist. Preserve dates, versions, regions, plans, units, denominators, and material conditions.
Derived numbers require calculations checked with a real tool or a validated result supplied in the inputs. Without that, mark verification as pending; do not claim to have recalculated.
Do not expose private data. Use names, images, and statements only with authorization. Do not copy the wording or entire sequence of a reference. Preserve human authorship and indicate which validations require the subject-matter owner.

MODULE 4 — FORMAT PRODUCTION
1. Define the topic, audience, and source of the questions.
2. Merge duplicates and remove questions outside the task. Do not claim frequency without measurement.
3. Make each question name its subject; answer directly in the first sentence and preserve context, conditions, and sources.
4. Order groups around the reader’s reasoning and use confirmed links for further details.
5. Read each pair in isolation; fix hidden subjects, contradictions, and dependencies. Do not add a second FAQ with the same questions.

MODULE 5 — SEO, AEO, AND GEO
Use an H1 that matches the question and article; organize H2/H3 headings around the reader’s decisions. Start sections with direct answers when helpful. Each passage should retain enough entity, context, and conditions to be understood on its own. Use terms naturally, without fixed keyword density or artificial repetition. Cite the specific source near the fact it supports; preserve the supplied URL.
Suggest internal links only to confirmed, useful destinations. Do not force an FAQ, word count, or special schema on every format. Do not promise rankings or citations. Do not add authorship, review, publication date, testing, or updates that did not happen. The CTA must match the stated offering and action, without a pitch unrelated to the task.

MODULE 6 — OUTPUT AND REVIEW
A. Markdown article with brief context and grouped questions as the main body.
B. Question bank with source, group, and answer source.
C. Excluded or referred questions and the reason.
Also provide: proposed H1, SEO title, description, and slug; claim map with source, section, and limitation; links used; outstanding items with impact and next check. Keep this material separate from the publishable body. Do not publish or state that the draft has been approved.
Review against the criteria below and mark each as met, revise, or not applicable, with a reason:
1. Questions name the subject, and answers begin with the direct answer.
2. Each pair stands on its own outside the page and includes material conditions.
3. The source of the questions is distinguished from any evidence of frequency.
4. Duplicates and contradictions have been removed.
5. Answers have sources, and links provide additional detail only.
If essential evidence for the central promise is missing, return only the safe portion and say which input prevents a conclusion. Do not fill the gap with a likely conclusion.

## When to use this prompt

Use a Q&A format when several related questions are best addressed together to help readers understand a task or concept. The article itself is the FAQ; there is no need to repeat the questions in a final appendix. Define the shared topic and audience before bringing questions together. Product, hiring, and conceptual questions may require different sources and should not be mixed without a clear purpose.

Questions may come from authorized support interactions, research, internal searches, or editorial selection. Each source has limitations. An editor-created question may be relevant, but should not be called frequent without data to support that frequency. Wording found in an [AI response](/en/resources/glossary/ai-response) also does not prove recurring demand. Preserve the source so you can assess relevance without inventing a statistic.

[SEO](/en/resources/glossary/seo) organizes the page for people who search; [AEO](/en/resources/glossary/aeo) focuses on clear answers; [GEO](/en/resources/glossary/geo) concerns discovery in generative responses. In this resource, all three are treated as writing, research, and review practices: answer the task, name entities, preserve context, and make evidence verifiable. A [prompt](/en/resources/glossary/prompt) helps prepare a draft. It does not verify facts or guarantee rankings, recommendations, or citations by an AI.

## Prepare the inputs before writing

Create a question bank with the question, source, intent, group, answer source, and material condition. Merge equivalent wording while preserving differences that change the meaning. Remove questions outside the scope. For product support, record the version and conditions; for concepts, use a specialist or [primary source](/en/resources/glossary/primary-source). Questions about an actual offering need current facts approved by the person responsible.

Read each question on its own. “Does it do that?” needs to name the product and action. The answer should also work outside the page: start with a direct answer, then add context and limitations. Links can provide more detail, but should not carry the only necessary explanation. If a question requires a long procedure, give sufficient guidance and point to an existing tutorial when it is a useful destination.

## How to produce and review the content

The prompt organizes groups around the reader’s reasoning and drafts answers that include an [entity](/en/resources/glossary/entity), condition, and source. The same question should not receive contradictory answers because it appears in two groups. Answer length should match the question; cutting a decisive caveat to make all answers the same length harms understanding. Do not add questions just to reach a count in the title.

During review, vary the reading order and examine each question–answer pair. Check for hidden subjects, dependence on a previous section, unsourced data, or a promise that goes beyond the offering. Then review the set for duplicates, gaps, and the need for referrals. The value lies in useful, verifiable answers. Do not use FAQ markup or a special search appearance as a reason to manufacture questions.

## Example input

Example input: editorial questions about tracking a brand in AI responses. Questions: what counts as a mention, how to record a source, and what an absence allows you to conclude. Source: editorial outline, with no claim of frequency. Each answer defines the subject and scope. The question about carrying out the collection can point to a tutorial while retaining a minimal answer in the article itself.

## How to use the full prompt

Copy the full prompt and replace the fields in braces before submitting it. Attach the source content as well as the URLs: a model without browsing cannot verify a link on its own. Use “not available” when data is missing and explain why. Generate a first draft, check what remains outstanding, and correct the inputs before requesting a review. Keep public-facing text separate from research notes.

## Check the result

- Questions name the subject, and answers begin with the direct answer.
- Each pair stands on its own outside the page and includes material conditions.
- The source of the questions is distinguished from any evidence of frequency.
- Duplicates and contradictions have been removed.
- Answers have sources, and links provide additional detail only.
