## Controller and contact

Tropk, CNPJ 66.972.091/0001-35, maintains this website and receives your requests. Address: Paulista Corporate, Av. Paulista, 1636, Suite 1105/247, Cerqueira César, São Paulo/SP, ZIP code 01310-200.

For privacy questions and requests about your data, email contato@tropk.ai or call +55 (11) 97330-2310. Specify the contact details you used and your request; do not send passwords, sensitive documents, or access codes. Any identification needed to handle your request will be requested through the appropriate channel.

## Scope of this policy

This policy describes browsing the Tropk public website, requesting materials, and starting a [free report](/en/free-report). The app, customer accounts, and contracted services have their own processes, which should be considered alongside the corresponding documents and contracts.

The website offers public content in [HTML](/en/resources/glossary/html-the-web-s-markup-language), Markdown, and reading interfaces through API and [MCP](/en/resources/glossary/model-context-protocol). These interfaces access only published documents and do not make customer records, leads, drafts, or customer data available.

## Data for downloading materials

For checklists, email is required; name and company website are optional. We record these fields, the requested material, the referring page, the request date, and a technical key to recognize repeat submissions. This data is used to record the request and provide the download.

The download link contains temporary authorization valid for five minutes. The repeat-submission key prevents a new record from being created when the same submission is repeated; it is not a marketing preference. Records are stored in a private CMS collection accessible to authorized administrators.

## Free report data

To request the report, you provide the company domain, name, and email. Last name and WhatsApp are optional. This data identifies the request, links the contact to the company being analyzed, and is used to follow up and communicate about the report.

The website stores a technical receipt for the request, with a random key, cryptographic fingerprint of the fields, status, and result reference. The receipt helps recognize a repeat request and prevents automatically repeating processing when the outcome is uncertain.

Report follow-up may ask for your job title, relationship with a company or agency, company size, how you heard [about Tropk](/en/about), and experience with the topic. Responses are linked to the contact and forwarded to the team. The results page and questionnaire are part of the follow-up process.

The report is accessed through a link. Sharing this address may allow others to access the content available there.

## Public content and AI processing

The analysis uses the domain provided and public information about the brand to access pages, organize context, and observe [AI responses](/en/resources/glossary/ai-response). The initial report includes a sample of questions, answers, brands, and sources; it does not represent all possible responses.

Page collection and AI processing services are involved in this work. Public content may also include personal data, such as authors’ names. Do not include confidential data or credentials in the address submitted for analysis.

## Purposes, support, and sharing

Data is used to fulfill your requests, provide materials, follow up on the report, answer questions, and manage website security. The report process also integrates contact and company records with the relationship-management and communication services used by Tropk.

The team and providers of hosting, storage, email, relationship management, collection, and processing services may participate in processing, depending on the workflow. Sharing should be limited to what is necessary for the purpose and applicable obligations. Simply accessing the website does not constitute unrestricted authorization to process data or send commercial communications.

You may request clarification about the purpose, legal basis, and sharing related to your request through the privacy channel. Commercial communications must comply with the applicable legal basis and your ability to object or withdraw consent, where applicable.

## Cookies, preferences, and security

The tropk-site-consent cookie records your choice about Analytics for 180 days. Analytics cookies remain blocked until you authorize them. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept, reject, or revoke consent. The Cookie Policy details purposes, providers, and duration.

The tropk-site-theme cookie remembers your choice between light and dark themes for up to one year, only when you change the theme. It does not measure visits. Rejecting Analytics does not affect this preference.

When configured and authorized, [Google Analytics 4](/en/resources/glossary/google-analytics) measures public page views using the website’s own cookies for up to 180 days. The integration removes query strings and fragments from submitted addresses, does not send form fields, and keeps advertising and Google signals disabled. The provider processes technical browsing data; the property settings, retention, sharing, and transfers should reflect Tropk’s practices.

To limit abuse of forms and reading interfaces, the website uses the IP address received by the infrastructure. The website’s rate limiters temporarily retain a cryptographic representation of this address for a fifteen-minute window, without storing the raw IP in that counter. Infrastructure services may keep their own technical logs.

Request limits, field validation, private collections, and temporary authorizations reduce risks. They do not constitute an absolute security guarantee or a certification.

## Data retention

The duration of processing takes into account the purpose of the request, support needs, legal obligations, and the protection of rights. Unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the law, may be subject to a request for correction, blocking, or deletion under the LGPD.

Expiration of the download link and rate-limiting window does not automatically delete the material record. The duration of these technical mechanisms is separate from the retention of records and any backup copies. Request information about the retention and deletion of data associated with your contact through the privacy channel.

## Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to the conditions of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law, as well as portability. You may also request information about sharing, consent, and the consequences of not consenting; withdraw consent; and request deletion where consent is the legal basis, subject to legally permitted retention.

The law provides for the right to object in cases of non-compliance and to review decisions made solely through automated processing that affect your interests. Exercising your rights is free of charge. Email contato@tropk.ai with your request; the team may proportionately verify your identity before providing information.

Consult ANPD guidance and request channels when you need information about your rights.
