Learn what is stored in your browser and how to change your choice. ## About this policy Version dated October 9, 2026. This policy covers Tropk’s new public website. The app and contracted services have their own processes. Cookies are small records stored in your browser. They can remember a browsing choice or help measure how a website is used. We do not treat continuing to browse, scrolling the page, or closing preferences as authorization for analytics cookies. ## Accept, decline, and change your mind On your first visit, you can accept analytics cookies, decline them, or customize your choice. Declining does not prevent you from reading pages or using forms. The measurement category is off by default. The Cookie Preferences button in the website footer reopens the panel. Choosing “Decline analytics cookies” turns off measurement, removes this website’s own analytics cookies and, if the tag has already loaded, reloads the page to unload it. Data previously sent to Google is not deleted by this button; requests about that data should be directed to the privacy contact channel. Your choice applies for 180 days in the browser and domain where it was made. Another installation, another browser, or deleting the cookie may require you to make a new choice. Expired, invalid, or outdated-version cookies keep measurement turned off. This period is a website setting, not a legally required retention period. ## Technical consent cookie tropk-site-consent — provider: Tropk; purpose: record authorization or refusal of measurement, the version, and the dates of the choice; duration: 180 days. It does not contain a name, email, advertising identifier, or form data. When you decline, a technical tropk-site-consent-revoked record in session storage also keeps measurement blocked in this tab, including if saving the cookie fails; it lasts for the tab session and is removed when a new authorization is saved. This record lets us honor your choice. It is specific to the current domain, uses Path=/ and SameSite=Lax and, over HTTPS, Secure. Removing technical cookies in your browser settings may cause the notice to reappear. ## Theme preference cookie tropk-site-theme — provider: Tropk; purpose: remember the light or dark theme; duration: up to one year. It is saved only when you use the theme control. Without this preference, the website uses the dark theme. This is a preference you requested and is not used to measure visits. To remove it, use your browser settings. Your Analytics choice does not change your theme preference. ## Google Analytics cookies When the service is configured and you authorize it, Tropk uses [Google Analytics 4](/en/resources/glossary/google-analytics), provided by Google, to measure visits to public pages. Your consent is the basis for enabling this measurement. Without authorization, the Analytics library is not loaded, and this integration sends no events or measurement pings to Google. tropk\_site\_ga and tropk\_site\_ga\_\* — first-party cookies for browser identification and session state, managed by the Google Analytics integration; configured duration: up to 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Browser restrictions may reduce this duration. The prefix distinguishes these cookies from those used by the app. The integration sends page views for public pages, with the address and browsing [referrer](/en/resources/glossary/referrer) stripped of query parameters and fragments. Form fields and private report links are not included in these events. We do not configure user identification, Google Signals, remarketing, or personalized advertising in this integration. Google receives the technical data needed to process events, including device, browser, and connection information. Data retention periods in the service, sharing, and international transfers depend on the property settings and the provider’s terms, in addition to cookie durations in the browser. See the Privacy Policy and request clarification through Tropk’s contact channel. ## Other tags and website verification This manager provides visit measurement; it does not load advertising tags or a Google Tag Manager container. New tools that use cookies or optional data collection require an inventory, purpose, controls, and an update to this policy before activation. When configured, [Google Search Console](/en/resources/glossary/google-search-console) is used to verify ownership and monitor website [indexing](/en/resources/glossary/indexing). Verification by DNS or meta tag does not install a tracker in your browser and does not depend on your Analytics choice. ## Browser controls and limitations You can also view, block, and delete cookies in your browser settings. If we cannot save your choice, measurement remains blocked and the panel explains the problem. If JavaScript is disabled, this Analytics integration does not run. The preferences button controls tags integrated with this manager. Infrastructure services may keep their own technical logs; these are described in the Privacy Policy.
